$200–$500 per 30–60 minute call. Your specific rate depends on role, seniority, and how often partner companies request your profile. We're transparent about the rate before every call.
How often will I get matched?
Depends on demand for your role and the criteria of partner companies. Could be once a month, could be every week. There's no minimum.
Is this a sales call?
No. Companies pay us to access your expertise. They're not allowed to pitch you on the call. If they do, the call ends and you still get paid.
What about confidentiality with my employer?
Mutual NDA covers both sides of every call. You should never share confidential information about your employer — calls focus on your role, the tools you use, and how you actually do the work. Not your company's secrets.
When do I get paid?
Shortly after the call completes. Payment lands via the method you set up in your profile. We send a 1099 at year-end if you cross the IRS threshold.
Can I decline a match?
Yes, any time. No explanation needed. Wrong time, wrong topic, conflict of interest — your call. We'll never push you to take something you don't want.
Can I leave the network?
